| Abstract: | The 21st century is the maritime Prosperity lies in exploring the maritime resources; if not, a country will become debilitated. However our national maritime consciousness is faint, so the education of the maritime national conditions should be strengthened. This paper makes preliminary analysis and study on the present conditions of and ways to the enlightenment of the consciousness of the maritime national conditions. |
