黄淮杜泊羊生长发育规律及肥育性能的研究

摘    要:为了系统地了解黄淮杜泊羊的体型外貌特征、生长发育规律和肉用性能,2016年2月至2018年10月对黄淮杜泊羊羊群进行了体型外貌评定,体尺、体重测定和羔羊育肥试验。结果表明,黄淮杜泊羊肉用体型特征明显;早期生长速度快,6月龄和周岁公羊体重能达到24月龄时的48.67%和76.89%,母羊能达到74.57%和92.58%;在体尺发育方面,6月龄和周岁公羊体高分别为24月龄时的88.56%和94.36%、母羊为84.20%和92.40%,公羊体长分别达到85.33%和95.92%、母羊分别达到86.22%和99.23%,公羊胸围分别达到86.29%和89.76%、母羊分别达到89.43%和91.58%,公羊腿臀围分别达到82.48%和95.86%、母羊分别达到 92.36% 和99.13%;肥育效果明显,黄淮杜泊羊肥育期公母羊体重达到了60.32±1.80 kg和53.37±1.94 kg,公母羊日增重分别为318.67 g和274.30 g;饲料转化率高,公母羊料肉比分别为3.49∶1和4.05∶1。说明黄淮杜泊羊肉用体型明显,早期生长发育快,肥育效果明显,饲料转化率高,适合在黄淮地区作为专门化肉羊品种进行产业化推广。

Abstract:In order to systematically investigate the pattern of physical characteristics, growth and development, and to evaluate the meat performance of Huanghuai Dorper sheep, the physical appearance, body size and weight were measured, at the same time, a lamb fattening process of Huanghuai Dorper sheep were conducted from February/2016 to October/2018. Huanghuai Dorper sheep showed significant meat characters. Regarding of body weight, it reached 48.67% and 76.89% in 6 and 12-month-old rams compared with that of 24-month-old rams, respectively. It reached 84.20% and 92.40 in 6 and 12-month-old ewes compared with that of 24-month-old ewes, respectively. In terms of body size development, the body height of 6-month-old and 1-year-old rams were 88.56% and 94.36% of 24-month-old ram, 84.20% and 92.40% for ewes. The body length reached 85.33% and 95.92% for rams, 86.22% and 99.23% for ewes at 6-month- and 1-year-old. The chest girth reached 86.29% and 89.76% for rams, 89.43% and 91.58% for ewes. The thighbuttock girth reached 82.48% and 95.86% for rams, 92.36% and 99.13% for ewes, respectively. The fattening treat showed obvious effect to Huanghuai Dorper sheep.
