摘    要:大多数植物的次级代谢产物来源于苯丙烷代谢途径,苯丙烷类化合物对植物的生长发育及应答逆境胁迫有重要作用, 同时与人们的生产生活密切相关。随着大量有生物活性苯丙烷类化合物的发现,苯丙烷类生物合成及调控已成为研究热点。目前从植物中已分离出大量的调控木质素、类黄酮、花青素合成的转录因子基因,并对它们的结构、功能及表达模式进行了分析研究;同时发现一些转录因子结合相应顺式作用元件,特异性调控苯丙烷代谢途径相关基因的表达,从而增强植物对环境胁迫的抗性,本文为研究MYB转录因子对苯丙烷类的调控规律提供理论参考。
