After the 3rd plenary of the 11th Party''s Congress, the foundation of our Party has been strengthened further. Nowadays, the foundation of our Party is faced with many new challenges due to the development of the world and China; so the problem that we have been studying not only has deep theoretical meaning, but also has significant meaning. |
