植物生长调节剂对广西地不容愈伤组织诱导的影响

摘    要:以广西地不容叶片、茎段为材料,采用正交设计法研究6-BA、2,4-D、NAA3种植物生长调节剂组合对广西地不容愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:不同组合均能诱导广西地不容叶片和茎段产生愈伤组织,但诱导效果存在一定差异;除6-BA、NAA对茎段愈伤组织相对生长速率影响显著外,3种生长调节剂对叶片、茎段愈伤组织诱导率及叶片愈伤组织相对生长速率影响均不显著。诱导叶片、茎段愈伤组织形成的适宜培养基分别为6-BA0.5mg/L+2,4-D0.4mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L和6-BA1.0rag/L+2,4-DO.8mg/L+NAA0.8mg/L,有利于提高愈伤组织生长速率的适宜培养基是:叶片6-BA0.5mg/L+2,4-D0.4mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,茎段6-BA2.0mg/L+2,4-D0.2m昏几+NAA0.4mg/L。研究结果为广西地不容再生体系的建立奠定基础。

Abstract:In the experiment,leaves and stems were used as explants to study the effects of plant growth regulator combinations including 6-BA,2,4-D and NAA on the callus induction of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo.by orthogonal de-sign.The results showed that all the combinations could induce callus from leaves and stems,but the induction effects were different.Adding 6-BA and NAA to the medium had significant effects on the relative growth rate of callus derived from stem,while all regulators had no significant effects o...
