植物生长调节剂对广西地不容愈伤组织诱导的影响

以广西地不容叶片、茎段为材料，采用正交设计法研究6-BA、2，4-D、NAA3种植物生长调节剂组合对广西地不容愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明：不同组合均能诱导广西地不容叶片和茎段产生愈伤组织，但诱导效果存在一定差异；除6-BA、NAA对茎段愈伤组织相对生长速率影响显著外，3种生长调节剂对叶片、茎段愈伤组织诱导率及叶片愈伤组织相对生长速率影响均不显著。诱导叶片、茎段愈伤组织形成的适宜培养基分别为6-BA0．5mg／L＋2，4-D0．4mg／L＋NAA0．2mg／L和6-BA1．0rag／L＋2，4-DO．8mg／L＋NAA0．8mg／L，有利于提高愈伤组织生长速率的适宜培养基是：叶片6-BA0．5mg／L＋2，4-D0．4mg／L＋NAA0．2mg/L，茎段6-BA2．0mg／L＋2，4-D0．2m昏几＋NAA0．4mg／L。研究结果为广西地不容再生体系的建立奠定基础。

Induction effects of plant growth regulators on callus of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo.
