茄子叶中茄尼醇微波辅助萃取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]筛选茄尼醇的最佳提取工艺。方法]采用微波辅助方法萃取茄子叶中的茄尼醇,研究了不同的溶剂、料液比、辐射时间、萃取温度、辐射功率对茄尼醇的提取率和浸膏得率的影响。结果]最佳萃取工艺为:以95%乙醇为萃取溶剂,料液比为1∶14,辐射时间为25min,萃取温度为50℃,辐射功率为500W。在该条件下,茄尼醇的提取率为0.0435%,质量分数为0.78%。结论]该方法萃取速度快,溶剂用量少,萃取效率高,是提取茄尼醇的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to seek the best extraction technology for extracting solanesol. Method]The solanesol was extracted by the method of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE),and the effects of solanesol extraction rate and dry extract rate on different solvents,ratio of raw material to ethanol,extraction time,extraction temperature and microwave irradiation power were studied. Result]The optimum extraction technology was that with 95% ethanol as solvent,ratio of raw material to ethanol was 1∶14 for 25 min at 50 ℃ and 500 W. In this case,the yield of solanesol was 0. 043 5% ,the content could be reached 0. 78%. Conclusion]The method of microwave-assisted extraction had some advantages,such as fast extraction speed,use of less solvent,high extraction efficiency. Therefore,it is an ideal way to extract the solanesol of eggplant.
