浅谈提高松香特级率的措施

本文对福建省四十家松香厂十五年来生产的特级松香和松香结晶情况进行统计分析,通过对松香结晶机理和生产特级松香所需条件的研究,结合现有厂家的设备、工艺和操作条件,提出一些行之有效的技术措施和可供选择的最佳操作条件。预计采取了这些措施后,全省特级松香率可以从原来的50.01％增加到75～80％。松香结晶率可以减少到2％以下。

The Economic Efficiency and Measures of Increacing the Rate of Superfine Rosin in Fujian Province

In this report the circumstances of producing superfie and crystalline rosin at 40 plants in Fujian province in past 15 years are summarized and analyzed. After studying the crystallization mechanism of rosin and the necessary conditions under which the superfine rosin can be produced, combined with present devices, techniques, and operating conditions of the plants, some efficient technical measures and optimum operating conditions which can be chosen are given. It is estimated that as a result of the uses of the measures the rate of snperfine rosin will increase from 50.01 per cent at present to 75-80 per cent and the crystallization rate of rosin will be reduced to less than 2 per cent.
