摘    要:以天津科润蔬菜研究所3个芹菜品种为材料,用不同浓度壳聚糖与硝酸钾组合处理,旨在探索其对芹菜种子发芽和发芽速度的影响。结果表明,芹菜种子经处理其发芽势和发芽率都显著高于对照,并且在适宜处理浓度下,发芽前期对赛星种子的提升幅度较大,而在发芽中后期对优文图斯种子的提升幅度偏高。

Abstract:The seed of 3 celery varieties of Tianjin Kernel Institute of Vegetable were treated with different concentrations of chitosan and KNO3 combination to explore the improvement of seed germination rate and speed. The results showed that celery seed germination vigor and rate were significantly improved by the treatment of potassium nitrate and chitosan combination. With proper concentration, the germination of ‘Race Star’ seeds was enhanced significantly at early stage while the germination of ‘Juventus’ seed was enhance significantly at late stage.
