摘    要:为了进一步弄清4ZTL-1800气吸式割前摘脱稻(麦)联合收获机惯性沉降分离室的工作情况,该文利用高速摄像技术,对分离室内物料运动状态进行试验和分析研究,并做了定量分析,揭示了籽粒沉降和轻物料初清的运动规律.研究结果为进一步提高惯性沉降分离室的工作效率提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In order to separate grain by airflow, the inertia deposition separation chamber was designed for 4ZTL-1800 rice combine harvester threshing prior to cutting with air suction. To further study the work mechanisms of the chamber, experimental study using high speed video camera system (HSVCS) was made on the process of grain moving in the inertia deposition separation chamber. The result was analyzed quantificationally. The laws of grain depositing and light grain cleaning were obtained. The results can provide theoretical basis to further increase working efficiency of the inertia deposition separation chamber.
