基于PCL语言A型液罐舱内部压力自动加载系统

摘    要:通过MSC.PATRAN内置的PCL语言二次开发出液货船的A型液罐舱内部压力自动加载系统,且考虑船舶运动所引起的三个方向(纵向、横向与垂向)的液货质心加速度所引起的内部压力,分析了三维简化处理方法与全三维方法的加速度结算结果。最后考虑在满载出港和部分装载出港工况下,采用上述两种方法对液罐舱的结构进行有限分析计算。

The Inner Pressure Automatic Loading Program on Independent Type A by PCL Languages

Abstract:When considering a type liquid tank of the concentrated,an automatic inner pressure loading program is compiled by the PCL languages of MSC.PATRAN.It considering the dynamic inner pressure caused by the horizontal lengthways lengthways and vertical motion of liquid.The simplified approach and three-dimensional approach are used,the calculated accelerator is compared between the two approach.Finally,by using the two methods,liquid tank structure is calculated by the finite element in full loading condition and part loading condition.
