| 摘 要： | 在借鉴国内外发展农业节水先进经验的基础上，紧密结合我国的实际情况，构建了完整的农业节水补偿激励机制理论框架，包括补偿依据、补偿原则、补偿额测算方法、补偿对象、补偿资金渠道和补偿办法等。

| Abstract: | On the basis of review of the advanced experiences in agricultural water saving development at home and abroad, and combination with China's actual situation closely, a complete theoretical frame of compensation and motivation mechanism for agricultural water saving is proposed in this paper. The frame includes compensation foundation, compensation principles, and compensation measuring and calculating methods, compensation objects, channels of compensation fund, and compensation methods. |
