| 摘 要： | 本文测定了５５％林丹胶悬液对３龄黄脊竹蝗（ＣｅｒａｃｒｉｓＫｉａｎｇｓｕＴｓａｉ）的胃毒毒力和触杀毒力，结果表明：林丹的杀虫作用是胃毒，致死中量ＬＤ５０为４．１８７μｇ／ｇ；用５００×１０－６、１５００×１０－６、３０００×１Ｏ－６、４５００×１０－６的药剂点滴竹蝗头、胸部之间的节间膜，竹蝗死亡率为０－５％。

| Abstract: | The stomach toxin toxicity and contact killing toxicity of 55%of Lindane glue suspen-
sion have been determined for the 3rd-instar Ceracris kiang us in this paper and the results
reveal that (1)the insecticidal action of Lindane is stomach toxin and the medium lethal dose
(LD50)is 4.187μg/g; and(2)the mortality rate of C. kiang us is 0-5%when we put the doses of
500× 1O-6, 1500×10-6, 3000×10-6and 4500×10-6 on their internodal menbranes between
their heads and chests. |
