| 摘 要： | 以室内人工饲养的菜粉蝶幼虫为供试虫,用微量点滴定量感染方法,测定苏云金杆菌制剂的毒力效价,结果较为精确,重复性好,操作简便,完成一次测定只需时2天,标准差14.88％。本文为第一部,介绍生测程序、感染方法和5批测定结果。

| Abstract: | As the first part of a series of reports, this .paper describes the bioassay procedures, methods of infection, and results of 5 bioassays. Larvae of P. rapae reared on artificial diets were infected with the Bt preparations by micro-drop topical application method, to determine the virulence of the bacterial insecticide. The bioassay could be completed in only 2 days, with 14.88% of standard deviation for the results. The method was found to be precise, easy to implement and statistically reliable. |
