森林的价值观

本文讨论了森林价值观的意义、现代科学对森林价值的研究水平、森林价值观的历史发展,论述了单纯经济价值观和分工价值观的后果及其局限性。森林的多重价值观以森林的多重价值具有紧密联系为基础。没有一个健康的生态系统,就没有生物多样性和良好的环境,也就谈不到林产品的持续生产。当前,以多重价值观为基本出发点的林业经营体系正在形成。

The View of Forest Value

The view of forest value is the basis on which a forest development strategy is formulated.This paper dwells on the forest value and researches on the value of the forest life maintenance in the contemporary world.Main contents and results of researches in five fields are given as follows:(1) the retation of forest with biological diversity,(2) forests and the world climate getting warmer and warmer,(3) effect of forests on precipitation,(4) hydrological effect of forests,(5) forests and maintenance of site quality.The author also discusses on the consequence and limitations of the view of pure economic value of forests and the view of labor division for a forest.He avers that the view of forest multiple value is based on the cognition that it is closely linked with the various values of a forest.Biological diversity and good ecological environment do not exist without a sound ecosystem,not speaking of the sustained production of of forest products.At present,a forest management with the view of multiple values as a basic starting point is in the making.The view of forest value changes with the social economical development.Forest management activities under the guidance of different views of forest value will lead to different results.
