| 摘 要： | 对中国对虾（Ｐｅｎａｅｕｓｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）血细胞及其吞噬活力进行了电镜研究．结果表明，中国对虾血细胞有三种类型：①颗粒细胞，无吞噬功能，胞浆内充盈大电子致密颗粒；②半颗粒细胞，胞浆内颗粒较颗粒细胞少而小，富含线粒体；③透明细胞，胞浆内无颗粒．透明细胞和半颗粒细胞都具有吞噬功能．三类血细胞经金黄色葡萄球菌处理后发生形态学改变

| Abstract: | Three kinds of haemocytes were identified in Penaeus chinensis and their submicroscopic structures and phagocytic activities were studied by SEM and TEM. The types identified are the hyaline,the granular haemocyte takes no function in phagocytosis,and the cytoplasm in the cell is filled with electron dense large granules. The semigranular haemocyte contains considerably fewer and smaller granules compared with the granular cell.It contains many chondriosomes instead.The hyaline haemocyte contains no granules in its cytoplasm. Both the hyaline and the semigranular cells have phagocytic capacity.After three types of haemocytes were incubated with Staphylococcus aureus, changes in haemocyte morphology occurred. |
