摘    要:以5个薄荷品种叶片为试材,采用透明胶布粘取法对其叶面气孔作了研究,结果表明:5个薄荷品种叶面的上、下表皮均有气孔分布,气孔形状近圆形,属横列型。上表皮的气孔长度、宽度均大于下表皮,上表皮的气孔密度小于下表皮。其中,葡萄柚薄荷上、下表皮的气孔长度、宽度均最大。皱叶留兰香的下表皮气孔密度最多,上表皮气孔密度以葡萄柚薄荷最多。通过运用上、下表皮气孔的长度、宽度和密度进行聚类分析,聚类结果与利用下表皮气孔密度进行比较的结果完全一致。因此,可利用气孔密度进行薄荷品种的鉴定。

Abstract:The transparent adhesive plaster adhibition method was used to study the leaf surface stomata of five peppermint varieties.The results showed that the upper and lower epidermis of five peppermint varieties distributed stomata.Stomatic shape was nearly circular.The stomata length and width of the upper epidermis were larger than those of the lower epidermis,while their stomata densities were less than those of the lower epidermis.Among five varieties,the stomata length and width in the upper and lower epidermis of Mentha suaveolens × Mentha piperita were the biggest.The highest stomata density of the lower epidermis was observed on Mentha crispataschrad,and the most stomata density of the upper epidermis was found on Mentha suaveolens × Mentha piperita.The stomata length,width and density of the lower and upper epidermis were used for clustering analysis,and the clustering results were entirely consistent with the stomata density results of the lower epidermis.Thus,the stomata density could be applied to identify peppermint variety.
