| 摘 要： | 试验结果表明,用玉米芯或配方中分别加入40％的豆秸、棉秆粉均可代替栎木悄栽培香菇,菌丝最大日生长量达7．7－8．6mm,与ck达极显著差异,菌丝浓密健壮洁白,满袋时间比ck提前9－12天,接种后29－34天瘤状物发生,发菌培养31－36天开始转角,鲜菇产量比对照增产9．16％－38．55％,花菇率达72．4％－80．8％,生产成本减少7．62％－11．90％,纯利润增加13．58％－55．02％,产投比达4．7－6．2：1。

| Abstract: | The results of experiment showed that corncob substrate or supplemented with 40% bean or cot-ton stalk powder could replace oak sawdust for culivation of lentinus edodes,The greatest amount of myceli-um growth of treat could reach 7. 7~8. 6 mm per day and variance between treat and ck was significant,Mycelium grew strong,thick and pure white and the time of full bag shortened 9~12d, tumld body and colorchanging appeared after 29~ 34 d and 31 ~ 36 d culture, respectively. The yield of fresh-body increased by9. 16 % ~ 38. 55 %. The rate of "Hua-Gu"reached 72. 4 % ~80. 8 %. Production cost decreased by 7. 26 % ~ 11.90%. Net profit increased by 13. 58 % ~ 55. 02%, Ratio of output value and production cost was 4.7~6. 2: 1. |
