| 摘 要： | 对白刺离体培养进行研究的结果表明：腋芽分化最适培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，继代生根最适培养基为１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．６ｍｇ／Ｌ、生根率达１００％；２０日龄试管苗移栽成活率达９５％以上。

| Abstract: | The study of culture in vitro of N.tangutorum has been made in this test. The resuits indicated that the opitumum culture medium is: MS+BA2 0 mg/L+IBA0 5 mg/L for differentiation of axillary bud, 1/2MS+IBA0 6 mg/L for subrooting, and rooting percentoge comes up to 100% Moreover, the survival rate of seedlings transplanting from 20 day test tube seedlings is more than 95% |
