基于知识管理的区域一体化人才战略分析

人才在经济社会发展中的地位和作用日益突出，已成为国家或区域发展的第一位战略资源。长三角地区要实现区域一体化，就必须实施人才战略；长三角地区实施区域一体化人才战略，就必须加强知识管理，以实现人才共享和知识共享为战略目标。笔者在研究知识管理与人才战略关系的基础上，分析长三角地人才发展及人才共享、知识共享现状，提出长三角地区区区域一体化人才战略措施。
