| 摘 要： | 采用蔗糖培养基,对梨枣等5个枣品种的花粉生活力进行测定,结果表明不同品种花粉生活力存在差异。以梨枣发芽率为最高,冬枣发芽率最低。梨枣单花不同发育时期以蕾黄期花粉生活力最高;又对梨枣的花粉贮藏方法进行了研究,分别采用六种方法进行贮藏,发现不同方法贮藏对枣花粉贮藏效果不同,蕾黄期的花蕾,在低温干燥条件下贮藏,花粉生活力保存效果较好。

| Abstract: | Pollen vitalities of 5 Chinese jujube cultivars were studied with i.e,invitro culture with sucrose medium.The results showed that pollen vitalities were significanly different among cultivars.Linyilizao was in the highest pollen germination percentage of all cultivars.The pollen germination of open and flat stage of calyx of Linyilizao and yellow flower bud stage was most high.Six storing methods were studied with Lizao.Different method showed various effects.Low-temperature dehydration was the most favorable method for preserving pollen vitalities. |
