| 摘 要： | 对4个椰子品种的1年生幼苗叶片进行解剖观察和比较,并讨论抗寒、抗旱、抗虫性与叶片结构的关系,提出与抗性相关的叶片结构指标.比较了1年生实生苗与组培苗叶片的解剖结构,探讨了组培苗早期田间栽培中生长势较弱的原因.

| Abstract: | The leaf structure of one year old seedlings from four coconut varieties were studied,and the relationship between leaf structure and cold resistance,drought resistance,insect resistance were discussed,then leaf structure indicators which were relative to resistance were put forward.The leaf structure of one year old seedling from seed were compared with tissue culture seedling's,and the reason that tissue culture seedling's growth vigour were weaker than that of seedling from seed were also researched. |
