丘陵山地油菜茬玉米净作机械化播种机械选型研究

摘    要:为了研究丘陵区玉米机械化播种的可行性和选择适宜的机械进行播种生产,试验选择丘陵区油菜茬收获后净作夏玉米,在免耕和旋耕播种的模式下比较4种播种机进行机械化播种生产.结果表明:在免耕模式下,带脚助力播种机播种效率高,比CK1增产5.07%,节本增效1111.2元/hm2.在旋耕模式下,播种效率由高到低依次为动力播种机>手推式播种机>带脚助力播种机>电子精量播种机.电子精量播种机播种比CK2增产4.03%,节本增效895.65元/hm2;带脚助力播种机播种增产2.97%,节本增效873.60元/hm2;手推式播种机播种增产1.25%,节本增效626.25元/hm2;动力播种机播种减产2.49%,节本增效431.25元/hm2.

Abstract:To study the feasibility of mechanized sowing in hilly area and select the well seeder,the effects of 4 seeders under no-tillage and rotary tillage sowing models were compared in summer corn field after harvesting rape in hilly area.The results showed that,under the no-tillage model,the foot power-assisted seeder had the highest sowing efficiency,with a increase yield of 5.07 %.Under rotary tillage sowing model,the order of the sowing efficiency was : dynamic seeder>hand-push seeder>footed and power-assiste...
