不同改良剂在镉与硝酸盐复合污染下对辣椒品质的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽和大田试验,研究了氮镉交互作用下不同改良剂(有机肥、双氰胺和石灰)对辣椒品质的影响.结果表明:在试验范围内,有机肥处理与对照相比均显著提高了辣椒中千物质和叶绿素的含量;3种改良剂的施用均降低了辣椒中Vc、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及镉与硝酸盐的含量,对Vc的影响是对照>石灰>有机肥>双氰胺,但是盆栽中石灰、有机肥与对照间差异不显著;对可溶性蛋白来说:对照>双氰胺>石灰>有机肥,但盆栽中双氰胺、石灰处理间差异不显著,大田中3种改良剂处理间差异均不显著;对于可溶性糖来说:对照>有机肥>双氰胺>石灰,但在大田中双氰胺、有机肥处理间差异不显著;有机肥、石灰、双氰胺处理与对照相比,盆栽和大田中辣椒镉的累积量分别降低5.37%、30.99%、35.95%和52.75%、84.62%、86.26%;双氰胺、有机肥、石灰处理与对照相比,盆栽和大田中硝酸盐的累积量分别降低21.78%、31.37%、35.90%和12.67%、25.51%、34.68%.
