摘    要:为创造小麦新种质系,利用诱变剂叠氮化钠并采用“种子处理同时鼓入空气”、“颖苞内滴加”、“生长点注射”3种方法诱变小麦“中育5号”.其中“种子处理同时鼓入空气”方法处理的“中育5号”种子出苗率高,M1代性状变异类型丰富,变异率高,是适合小麦“中育5号”诱变处理的好方法.通过对诱变后代的系统选择,选出了YZY5-1、YZY5-2、YZY5-3 3个稳定的新种质系;利用SSR分子标记检测了“中育5号”及其变异种质系的基因组DNA,引物xgwm148、xgwm428、xgwm260、xgwm469检测出了丰富的多态性片段,从分子水平上证明了叠氮化钠对“中育5号”的诱变效果.

Abstract:In order to create the new wheat germplasms,'Zhongyu5'was induced by NaN3 with three ways,including in'seed treated by NaN3 with adding air','NaN3 put in glume','NaN3 injected into the growing point in stem tip'.The results showed that 'seed treated by NaN3 with adding air'was the best way to induce'Zhongyu5'.By this way,'Zhongyu5'had high rate of emergence and the variation rate of M1 plants were the highest and the variation type were plenty.Three unaltered germplasm lines including in YZY5-1,YZY5-2 and Y...
