| 摘 要： | 近年来豫北地区大叶黄杨白粉病危害日益严重,为筛选出防治大叶黄杨白粉病的有效药剂。采用5种常用杀菌剂对大叶黄杨白粉病病原菌进行室内孢子萌发试验和田间防效试验。结果表明,培养24h后,退菌特室内对孢子萌发的抑制作用最佳,达99.3%,其次是百菌清,达97.8%;百菌清和退菌特在田间对白粉病的防治效果也较好,防治效果达85%以上,可作为防治大叶黄杨白粉病的首选药剂。

| Abstract: | Five fungicides were used in the tests of spore germination in door and control effect in field to select the effective fungicides for control powdery mildew of Euonymus japonicus L..The results showed that the effect of inhibiting spore germination of Tuzet and Chlorthalonil was 99.3% and 97.8% after 24 h culture respectively,and their effect of controlling powdery mildew was over 85% in fields.Therefore,Tuzet and Chlorthalonil are the optimum fungicides in controlling powdery mildew of Euonymus japonicus. |
