摘    要:对10个来自不同地区的大野荞花、茎、叶总黄酮的含量进行了测定,并与甜荞进行了比较。结果大野荞花、茎、叶总黄酮的含量比甜荞的高,花的含量最高(6.96%~10.63%),叶的含量次之(2.97%~6.30%),茎的含量最低(1.00%~1.96%)。

Abstract:The total flavones content in flower, stem and leaf of F. megaspartanium from ten different areas determined. The results showed that the total flavones content in flower, stem and leaf of F. megaspartanium was higher F. esculentum and the total flavones content in flower, leaf and stem of F. megaspartanium was 6.96 % - 10.63 %, 2.97 6.30% and 1.00%-1.96%, respectively.
