| 摘 要： | "公司 农户"曾经为中国农业产业化道路提供了一个崭新的模式,它为引导农民走向市场、实行规模化、专业化经营提供了有益的经验。但在其进一步发展过程中,各种矛盾明显,其不可持续性凸现。分析了其不可持续性的原因,并提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | The "company peasant household" model once provided the beneficial experience for leading peasants to move towards markets and implementing large-scale and special management,but a lot of contradiction appeared and its no-sustainable character was clear.The paper analyzes the reason of its no-sustainable character and puts forward its improvement measures. |
