摘    要:单倍体在作物育种、遗传分析、基因克隆等领域已得到广泛应用,并发现和创造了获得单倍体材料的多种途径。从雄核发育、雌核发育等途径介绍了植物单倍体创制的各种方法,并对单倍体在作物育种、种质资源创新、遗传分析、基因工程等方面的应用及其价值进行了概述。

Abstract:Haploid has been widely used in crop breeding,genetic analysis and gene cloning,etc.and a series of pathways to obtain haploid has been found and developed.The paper introduces the methods for creating plant haploid through the pathway of male gametogenesis and female gametogenesis,and gives a summary of the application and value of plant haploid in crop breeding,germplasm creation,genetic analysis and genetic engineering.
