Survey Report of Free Artificial Insemination to Cows in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City

【Objective】 To investigate the existed problems during the implement of subsidy policies for the farmers raising basic cows in Zhangye city.【Method】 Animal Husbandry administrative staff randomly got to the breeding station of townships and farmers raising cows to survey the implement of subsidy policies in Ganzhou district,then statistically analyzed the research result.【Results】The results showed that the free artificial insemination breeding policy to cows had a positive effect to the farmers.At the same time,there still existed the policy fund did not reach in time,which would influence the cattle raising production.【Conclusion】Free artificial insemination to cow was a subsidy measure,which was meaningful for the cow steadily raising,but it needed to be further improved.
