| 摘 要： | 本文报道了１６ 个云南野生甘蔗割手密过氧化物酶同工酶的研究结果。供试材料总共出现２５条酶带，组成１６ 种不同的酶谱类型，说明云南割手密种内遗传多样性十分丰富。相似系数分析和聚类结果表明，１６ 份供试材料分属于两个大类群，说明该结果与材料的海拔分布具有相关性，并呈现从低海拔地区向高海拔地区发展的趋势。

| Abstract: | This articlereports the research resultofperoxidaseisozym e of16 kinds ofS. spontaneum in Yunnan. Itwasshowed thatthere were 25 enzym e bandsin the experimental sam ples, which constitute16 kindsofzym ogram types.Thissuggestesthatgeneticdeversity ofS.spontaneum isfairly abundantin Yunnan.Theanalysisesofresemblancecoefficientand gathering type classified 16 experimental sam ples into 2 groups, w hich related to their distribution ofaltitude. |
