微波萃取苦瓜中黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]寻求萃取苦瓜中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺。方法]采用单因素和正交试验设计,研究不同体积分数乙醇、萃取时间、固液比,微波功率及萃取温度对萃取效果的影响,确定最佳萃取工艺。结果]微波萃取苦瓜中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数90%,萃取时间20min,固液比1∶60g/ml,萃取温度70℃,功率400W,在此条件下黄酮类化合物的得率为6.44%。结论]该方法萃取时间短、成本低、产品易分离。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to find the best process for the extraction of flavonoids from Momordica charantia.Method] The effects of different conditions including ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction power and solid liquid ratio on extraction efficiency were studied using single facter experiment and orthogonal experiment.Result] The optimal extracting conditions were as follows:90%ethanol,extraction time of 20 min,1∶60 g/ml solid liquid ratio,extraction temperature of 70 ℃,and microwave power of 400 W.The maximum percentage extraction of total flavonoids was 6.44%.Conclusion] The method was short time,low cost and easy separation.
