棉属种间杂交抗旱种质材料生理特性的研究

摘    要:抗旱种质材料409、8301—46和809—3,根系发达,根苗比值大,叶片气孔阻力强,蒸腾消耗低,吸水和保水能力强。在受到水分胁迫时,光合作用、细胞膜透性、硝酸还原酶活性变化幅度小,复水后恢复性好,有较强的耐旱性。而且抗旱指数大,经济产量高,是目前棉花抗旱育种的新种质材料和旱地种植的优良品系

Abstract:The physiological characteristics of interspecific cotton materiais with drought resis-tance,such as 409,8301 46, 809 3 originated from the cultivated cotton(G. hirsutum)crossed with anomalun,thurberii,mexicanum were studied. Result showed that 409,8301 46 , 809 3 had stronger root systems,higher ratio of root with shcot,higher leaf stoma resis-tance and low transpiration consumptions,as well as high root system activities ,strong stomaadjusting abilities,strong ability of absorbing and preserving water under water stresses,andalso strong ability for rewatering. They are new materials in drought resistance breeding withpotential in dryland cotton production.
