| 摘 要： | 2000年7－8月，青海省同德县某乡藏系棉羊猝死，经对其中两只症状典型病死着羊病料分离培养，分离到数株疑似魏氏梭菌。通过肠内容物毒素检查、纯培养物毒素测定和毒素中和试验，证实致病力较强的两株为C型魏氏梭菌。毒价测定最小致死量均大于500小白鼠MLD。

Isolation and Identification ofStruck Pathogen on Sheep |

| Abstract: | The acute death on Tibet－sheep broke out in a region of Tongdecounty，Qinghai province，from July to August in 2000． several strains of Clostridium Welchii were isolated from cultured materials of failing ill to die． The two strains among the bacteria，which have more powerful virulence，were identifyed as CI． Weichii type C by toxin examine of intestine liquid，pure culture toxin test and toxin centralization test．Their virulence were more 500 mouse minimum infectious dose（MLD）． |
