‘红地球’葡萄叶片、叶柄不定芽再生体系的建立

摘    要: 探讨了多种因素对红地球葡萄试管苗叶片、叶柄不定芽再生的影响, 叶片再生与生长调节物质种类和浓度、叶片着生部位等因子有关, 叶片不定芽再生的最佳培养基为NN69+ BA 2. 0 ~ 2. 5 mg/L+ IBA 0. 2 mg/L, 不定芽再生率以顶端第1 片幼叶最高。

Abstract:It is necessary to establish an efficient regenerating system before genetic transformation of grapevine. In this study, an efficient regenerating system was established. Adventitious buds were obtained from the leaves of `Red Globe'( Vitis vinifera L.), and the factors that affect adventitious bud regeneration were studied. The regenerating rate of adventitious bud had relationship with the kinds and the concentration of plant growth regulator, leaf position, etc. The optimum medium for adventitious bud regeneration was found, which is NN 69 +BA 2.0 -2.5mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L. The regenerating rate of the adventitious bud from the first top leaf was the highest.
