乙烯利对苦瓜种子的萌发及其生长发育的影响

摘    要:以苦瓜品种早苦瓜为试材,利用不同浓度(50、100、150、200、250mg·L-1)的乙烯利处理苦瓜种子,研究乙烯利对苦瓜种子的萌发及其生长发育的影响,结果表明:乙烯利对苦瓜种子萌发有促进作用,对植株的生长具有一定的后效作用。发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、雌花数、产量、定植后期的叶面积及茎粗均随着乙烯利浓度的增加表现出先上升后下降的趋势,第1雌花节位和雄花数随着乙烯利浓度的增加表现出先下降后上升的趋势。其中150mg·L-1乙烯利处理效果最佳,各项指标与对照的差异均达到显著水平。

Abstract:Studying the effects of different ethephon concentration(50, 100, 150, 200, 250 mg·L-1), on the growth and development of balsam pear(Momordica charantia L.)by treating its seed. The result shows that: ethephon treatment with balsam pear seed can promote the seed germination and has aftereffect for the plant growing. The germination energy, germination percentage, germination index, vigor index, number of female flower, production, leaf area and stem diameter in the later plant growing period has the tendency of increasing at first and then decreasing with the ethephon concentration increase. The node of the first female flower and the number of male flower also have the tendency of decreasing at first then increasing with the ethephon concentration increase. Among them the best treatment effect is with 150 mg·L-1(T150)ethephon concentration and all differences between various indexes and the control are significantly.
