| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来泡桐丛枝病研究取得的一些进展,主要包括病原类菌原体(MLO)的检测和鉴定、病原致病机理、病原在树体内的分布和季节变动规律、寄主抗病性鉴定、治疗药剂的筛选等方面的最新研究结果和动向。并且根据新提出的泡桐丛枝病原MLO浸染循环模式,探讨了我国发生泡桐丛枝病流行的关键因子,以及今后防治的策略问题。

| Abstract: | The recent advances in the research on paulownia witches' broom disease caused by mycoplasma-like organism(MLO) are introduced and evaluated in this paper, mainly involving pathogen MLO detection and identification, its pathogenic mechanism, its distribution and seasonal fluctuation, the resistant appraisal of Paulownia sp., the screening of chemicals for disease therapy etc.The key factors associated with the disease epidemics and some strategies for the disease control are discussed as well, based on a newly-proposed model of the MLO infection cycle. |
