可用于木材干燥轴流风机的新型翼型实验研究

摘    要:针对木材于燥行业工艺要求,根据翼型绕流理论,提出了一种新型反向对称翼型──“S”形双圆弧翼型,并对该系列翼型进行了用力吹风试验与压力分布吹风试验。试验结果表明,该种翼型具有完全相同的正反风性能,且绕流情况良好,与常规机翼翼型相比,正风性能稍差,但反风性能比常规的好得多。因此,采用该种翼型进行叶片成型的木材于燥轴流风机,可实现直接反转反风,且在风机结构相同时,其正反风性能可完全一致。

Abstract:According to the requirements of timber - drying industry on axial fan, a new -type"S"shaped double-circle camber rever- sal-symmetric airfoil was proposed on the basis of airfoil theory, andwind-tunnel experiments of. lift-drag and pressure distribution on the airfoil were also made. The experimental reaulta showed that the new - type airfoil has the same performance in both normal and reversal directions. Compared with common airfoils. its performance was a little worse in normal direction and much better in reversal direction. The timber - drying axial fan using the new - type airfoil can inverse ventilation by simple reversing the rotor rotation, and the fan 's performance in normal and reversal directions can be identical if the configuration of the fan is symmetric.
