鹅枕静脉窦采血制备抗小鹅瘟血清的试验

摘    要:对170只青年鹅进行了枕静脉窦采血试验,并检测了4次重复大量采血的血清抗体效价及重复采血对试验鹅健康的影响。结果如下:一个抗体效价高峰期内,枕静脉窦4次重复采血(隔日1次或每日1次)所获平均血量(200mL)是宰杀采血量(110mL)的1.8倍,而获血清量则达2倍以上。所获血清的抗小鹅瘟病毒效价与宰杀采血的血清相当,对人工感染雏鹅的保护率达100%。4次重复采血对试鹅健康无明显影响。结果表明,鹅枕

Abstract:The experiment of bleeding from venous occipital sinus of 170 younggeese was made and the influences of repeated bleeding procedure of large volume on thehealth conditions of geese which have been vaccinated with GP-FY80 strain of goslingpest virus for producing specific antiserum and their serum antibody titers were deter-mined.The results showed:(1)The average blood and serum volumes obtained from abird during the peak titer period with this bleeding procedure four times repeatedly(once a day or every other day) were 1.8 times and over 2 times as much as those byslaughter method respectively.(2)The serum antibody titer was similar to that byslaughter method and its protection rate was 100%in the laboratory.(3)Repeatedbleeding was not evidently harmful to their health. It was indicated that bleeding proce-dure mentioned above could replace the slaughter method for producing antiserum ingeese.
