| 摘 要： | 本文详细阐述了该机的设计思路、结构原理和主要的技术参数,采用了新颖的立式结构设计,使进出料更安全、方便和快捷;该机采用切、揉相结合的工作原理,一次性完成秸秆饲草的切断和揉搓,使生产效率大大提高。通过试验和推广表明,JSQ-50型立式秸秆饲草切揉机生产率达4t/h以上,特别适合草食类兽禽喂养及饲草青贮的需要。

| Abstract: | The design of middle-small horizontal straw rubbing and cutting machines has many disadvantages at present , such as complex structure ,operation, low production efficiency, low using efficiency, so we design the JSQ-50 type vertical straw rubbing and cutting machine. In the paper the designing thought ,structure principle ,and main technology parameter of the machine are instructed . The machine has many advantages of advance structure design ,safety ,high productivity . It combines the performance of chopper and cutter into one .Testing shows the production efficiency of the machine was more than 4t/h, the machine is very useful to cut the forage to feed the animals and store . |
