摘    要:本文研究蔗渣刨花板的耐老化性以及与木质刨花板耐老化性的差别。结果表明,胶粘剂的种类和蔗渣的化学成分极大地决定着板材的老化特征,喷蒸和沸煮对性能影响最显著,浸泡水温与强度残留率关系密切,循环后期的干燥有利于性能的残留;性能降低幅度随着循环次数的增加而逐渐减少,加速老化对蔗渣刨花板的MDE影响比MDR的大;APAD-5、ASTM和CIN三个方法的条件剧烈程度相当,蔗渣刨花板的性能残留率比马尾松刨花板低0%~10%。

Abstract:The study is about the accelerated aging of phenolic-and urea-bonded bagasse-particleboard and about the difference between bagasse-and masson's pine-particleboard. The results of accelerated aging tests showed that UF-bo-ard was broken down in the second steaming of the ASTM test or boiling of the DIN test; that the mechanical properties of PF-board decreased obviously and the thickness swelling increased significantly; that there was the greatest effects of steaming and boiling on the properties; that with cycles increasing, the range of property loss decreased gradually; that the effect of accelerated aging tests on MDE is greater than that on MOR, that the APAD-5, ASTM and DIN of accelerated aging tests have the same severe exposure condition; and that the retention of bagasse particleboard properties in the various tests are 0-10 percent lower than that of masson's pine particleboard.
