摘    要:针对E1级刨花板生产过程中出现板坯铺装时散坯的问题进行了研究。结果表明,在一定范围内,提高树脂粘度、面粉用量和固化剂用量,可以提高胶粘剂初粘性,使刨花板预压性能得到一定程度的改善,但效果有限。调胶时加入聚乙烯醇能显著改善预压性能。当所用树脂粘度为0.17Pa.s、固化剂用量1.9%、面粉用量4%时,再添加0.5%聚乙烯醇,就可以使得刨花板铺装过程中没有散坯问题,具有很好的预压性能。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to solve mat breaking in forming line. The experiments showed: 1) Increasing resin viscosity could improve the tack of glue and pre-pressure property of particleboard mat to some extent,but could not solve mat breaking. 2)Adding some quantity of PVA in glue preparation could greatly improve pre-pressure property of particleboard mat. 3) Using UF resin with viscosity 170cp,and adding 1.9% curing agent,4% flour and 0.5% PVA in glue mixing could prepare suitable glue. The mat bonded with the glue was of good pre-pressure property and there was no mat breaking in forming.
