摘    要:为探索碘元素的生理效应,以豌豆苗为材料,研究了加碘溶液培养对其生长及品质的影响,结果表明,低浓度碘可促进豌豆苗生长,增加根系和菜苗长度,可食部分游离氨基酸总量和维生素C含量,并大幅度提高菜苗可食部分含碘量,而对纤维素含量无明显影响,碘质量浓度以1.0-1.5mg/L时效果最好;当质量浓度超过1.5mg/L时出现高碘毒害,品质间及加碘培养方式间存在显著性差异。

Abstract:Experiments of adding iodine to pea sprouts were conducted under hydroponic conditions to investigate their effects on the growth and quality of pea sprouts. The results show that low concentration of iodine accelerates the growth of plant, increases the length of root and shoot, promotes the contents of free amino acids and vitamin C. Iodine contents in sprouts can be significantly raised by adding iodine to the nutrient solution. Fiber content, however, is not affected. The iodine concentration in the nutrient solution from 1.0 mg/L to 1.5 mg/L is found to be the best, while toxic effects are observed when the concentration exceeds 1.5 mg/L. Significant difference among varieties and between iodine adding manners are also observed.
