秸秆微生物发酵剂的研制

摘    要:通过将绿色木霉、酵母、植物乳秆菌和纤维素单胞菌分别进行液体和固体培养,然后,按一定比例配合,制成秸秆微生物发酵剂。以玉米秸秆材和小麦秸秆粉的混合物为底物,31℃,发酵5天,测得粗蛋白增加了1.5倍,粗纤维转化率达41.6%,并具有酸、甜和醇香味,增加了畜禽适口性,提高了秸秆的营养价值。

Abstract:In this paper, The fungi Trichoderma viride Candida utilis and the bacteria Lactobacillus plau-taram, Cellulomonas ssp. Were caltured in and solid midia respectively. After these strains were mixed in asuited proportion and the straw microbial fermentation Produced. And the fermentation for 5 days (31℃) ofthe straws microbial fermentation with the mixture of the corn and the wheat straw porder,the content of thecrude protein in the calture increased 1. 5 times and the transformation rate of the crude fibre as high as 41.6%,and the fermented materiaIs have the taste of a sweetish .acidish and a alcohol favor. So the domestic ani-mals woul Iike to eat and the nutritive value of the straws improved.
