| 摘 要： | 汇总统计12个试点省份信息服务方面的反馈信息,制定试点需求分析业务流程,并综合分析试点数据库环境、数据库元数据、数据采集与更新、数据分类与编码、数据存储和数据库结构以及数据质量控制等情况,总结出在信息服务过程中遇到的问题,对"星火科技12396"的长远发展提出了几点建议,从而为我国社会主义新农村信息化建设提供智力支持.
