黄花蒿浸提液对小麦幼苗的化感作用及其机理研究

摘    要:以黄花蒿为供体,小麦为受体,运用室内培养皿法研究了黄花蒿浸提液对小麦的化感作用及其作用机理。结果表明,黄花蒿水浸提液能抑制小麦幼苗根长、根毛和苗高的生长,且浸提液质量浓度越大,抑制效果越显著。随着黄花蒿浸提液质量浓度的增加,小麦幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈先升高后降低的趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性总体呈上升趋势;黄花蒿浸提液还能使小麦幼苗丙二醛(M DA)含量升高,可溶性蛋白含量下降。

Abstract:Regarding Artemisia annua L. as donor plant and wheat as receiver plant allelopathy actions and allelopathy mechanisms of A. annua L. were studied, by adopting indoor Petri dish bioassay. The resuits showed that the water extract solution of A. annua L. remarkably inhibited the growth of wheat roots ,wheat seedlings and root hair ,and this inhibition became stronger as the concentration of the extract solution increased. With the concentration of the extraction solution increased the activity of SOD and CAT in vivo first increased and then decreased ,while the activity of POD increased on the whole. And the extract solution of A. annua L. increased the content of MDA,and decreased the content of soluble protein.
