摘    要:古代教师是"传统德治"的创造者、传承者,近代教师则是扬弃"传统德治"、发展"现代德治"的重要力量,现代教师为"现代德治"的发展做出了巨大贡献。教师之所以成为中华文化的核心价值观"德治思想"的主要创造者和革新者,原因在于:教师职业的特殊性和教师德治传统的深远影响,社会主义制度为德治思想的发展提供了良好的制度载体。
