摘    要:本文对作物原生质体电融合技术在作物体细胞杂交中的应用及最新发展进行了综述,并对电融合的原理、方法及优点进行了描述。本文引用了国内外近期报道的具有良好农艺性状的体细胞杂种或胞质杂种的许多例证,并重点介绍了禾谷类粮食作物方面的研究进展及存在问题。这些例证不仅具有育种应用价值,而且对于研究如何选择适宜的融合一脉冲参数、实现高频率异种融合的条件以及对杂种细胞有效的筛选方法等亦有重要的理论意义。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the current progress in plant protoplast electrofusion and its applications in somatic hybridization of crops. The principles and methods of electrofusion and its advantages were also described. The paper cited some examples for the somatic hybrids or cybrids with desirable agronomic traits reported recently around the world. The research achievements with important cereal crops and the remaining problemes were discussed. Some results from these reports are of great value to plant breeding. The data of optimal fusion-pulse parameters, the conditions for high frequency of inter-specific fusion and the methods for isolation of hybrid cells are also of great theoretical importance.
