烟草生防益菌对烟草幼苗的促生效应研究

摘    要:从烟草体内、体外分离出对烟草赤星病、黑胫病有控病作用的内生细菌菌株和附生细菌菌株,用于烟草种子的细菌化处理,待种子在平皿细菌液中萌发后,以无菌土盆栽的方式测定其对烟草幼苗的促生性,以无菌水(CK)处理的作空白对照,分别测定其地上部鲜重,最大叶长、宽,真叶数,实验结果表明,内生细菌Itb225,附生细菌Ata28能明显对烟草幼苗产生促生效应,与对照相比达到差异显著水平。

Abstract:The endophytic and epiphytic bacterial strains were isolated from inner and surface of tobacco leaves. Which have obvious antagonism against the pathogen of tobacco diseases at greenhouse. After seed bacterization, they were assessed for their growth-promoting effects on tobacco seedling by the way of soil culture, and plain water as blank check. The results indicated that the fresh weight, amounts of leaves and length, width of leaves showed significant differences as blank check by treatment with endophytic bacterium Itb225 and epiphytic bacterium Ata28.
