制约陕西农业竞争力提高的影响因素分析

陕西农业竞争力连续几年在全国排名靠后,处于劣势地位。本文从农产品市场化程度、农业生产要素利用效率、农业产业化经营程度和政府宏观调控四个方面分析了导致陕西农业竞争力落后、制约现代农业发展的影响因素。在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议:加快农业市场化进程;创新途径,提高农业生产要素利用率;壮大龙头企业,大力发展农业产业化经营;加大财政支农力度,强化政府宏观调控。

Analysis of Influential Factors Restricting Enhancement of Competitiveness of Agriculture in Shaanxi

The competitiveness of agriculture in Shaanxi has dropped behind in China for several years.This article analyzed the reasons of causing the low agricultural competitiveness and restricting the modern agricultural development in Shaanxi from the following four aspects: commercialization degree of farm produce,efficiency of utilizing agricultural production factors,agricultural industrialization degree and government macro-control.On the basis of the above-mentioned analyses,the corresponding suggestions were put forward as follows: accelerating the course of agricultural marketization,enhancing the utilization efficiency of agricultural production factors through the approach innovation,expanding the leading enterprises and vigorously developing agricultural industrialization,enlarging the financial support to agriculture and strengthening the power of government macro-control.
